This Hillary Clinton lady

  1. I don't trust her. It's quite a cliche thing for me to say, but, her husband was the president, broke her heart. Now she wants to be president. Her hubby sold the manufacturing industry in America to china via TPP. It's like Robin Williams once said: "Everything will be fine, but 5 days a month, there will be intense negotiations!"

  2. yup her ultimate goal is cunnilingus in the oval office

  3. a clinton presidency would basically be a 5th term for Bush/Obama..

I can't imagine why anyone would vote for her other than to see a woman in office.

she's probably more corrupt than anyone running for president.. (GOP candidates included)

  4. Regular people are going to vote for Hillary because she can be the first female president.
They will vote for her because of her name, she is a "Clinton"
Some People will get votes for her because they paid her off
Idk, when I think of her I see her as the opposite of what a leader/representative of the people should be
She's good and the people around her are good, the nba wouldn't be the same league as these people and the common people will vote for her. I'm sure she is already the president as far as the elites are concerned

  5. Politicians are chameleons and snakes. Never trust these sociopaths. Hillary is no different and she is not unique.

  6. colt. I didn't expect you to believe in reptilians

  7. That's gonna be a regular thing with her. "First female prez".
It's up to the educated to teach the uneducated what is really up with her. How she will just keep us on the same path to destruction and revolt. Just be respectful and patient, use facts and logic and the people who blindly follow her will come around.

  8. Wood is that you.

    Double post

  13. Did Obama ever use the "Are you ready for the first African American president WOOOO!" line?

That video was at once vindictively satisfying and mind-numbingly surprising. If students in America think like that, who are supposed to be in institutions where critical thinking is alpha & omega - how do the uneducated masses have a chance in hell of sorting out who the phonies are?

  14. how many college graduates have you talked to before?

Do you believe giving everyone education will really make them smarter?

To your first - hundreds. It's the soup I swim in, the place I work, and have been for the past 6 years. In Europe, mind you, but the three to four dozen American students (including the one I dated for a year) have not been distinct.

To your second - wiser, is a better term. I think a good education with a foundation in critical thinking can make anyone wiser. These fools speaking about Hillary Clinton are demonstrating that they clearly don't represent critical thinking.

  16. Just out of curiosity, how old are you? Do you think people your age are generally well informed about the political situation in your country? Also do you have reliable news sources with little bias, or do you have a media system that's as corrupt and biased as American media?

Similarly, to you I love to know how other countries operate. Also to answer your question earlier, might have been in another thread, Americans don't like to look at other countries as examples. There is some reason for that because America is so different in terms of diet, culture, political landscape, and diversity of culture. I personally believe that we should look to see what other counties are doing successfully and whether or not similar plans are feasible in America. But, many people in America have an unfounded sense of superiority, where they aren't willing to admit that another system may be better.

Perfect example listen to any republican talk about healthcare. Half the time they will say bullshit they know is false like America has the greatest healthcare in the word. Then when questioned about the fact that basically all other developed nations have some form of basic universal healthcare they will disregard other countries by saying something along the lines of America is the most free nation or America is not comparable to other countries. Well there is some validity to that statement it is misleading to say there are no aspects of America that are comparable to other countries and that we can't learn anything from other policies. I personally believe that we can learn a lot especially from countries like Germany where they have many programs that are partially public/partially private which would probably work better in America than completely nationalized healthcare like in many other countries. It's this common misconception that America is the best and no other country is as free or as democratic as U.S., which is laughable when you consider how low our voter turnout is compared to other countries.

  17. idk. When I took critical thinking in college it helped probly 20% of the students tops.

Maybe I just had the dumb class

    I'm 25 (#whocares)

Get ready for some crazy numbers, man

    Norway

    80% voter turnout[1].
30% of the workforce is employed by the state[2].
82% of the population has some kind of higher education.[3]
Virtually every Norwegian is fluent in English, making us a bilingual nation.[4]
    3% unemployment.[5]
    97% corruption-free state. [6]
Edit: Avg monthly income: $7000. [7]
Edit: Tax rates: 27% (low income) to 47% (extremely high income - millionares)[8]

Honestly, how can you fuck with those numbers, to your post's point. How can you fuck with that. How is that not something to aspire to. I didn't even know half that shit until I had to look up the stats. Yuri, anyone, anyone who doubts, get in on this shit, comment on it, how does it bounce off of you to read those numbers? Before you bring up the oil fund, go read up on how oil income in Norway is managed (it's all put in the world's biggest fund, the Norwegian Pension fund). And then go look at Denmark and Sweden, who don't have any oil, but similar numbers to the ones I put up there.

The Scandinavian model is hard to fuck with.
