So today, i heard a story from my dad. My Dad is a landlord for a bunch of apartment complexes in the Bay, mostly in Berkeley and Antioch. Over the years he's had a fair number of crazy stories (a firefight out in front between two rival gangs, coke dealers, etc) Well today he told me one that topped all of them. (this occured about a year ago) One of his tenants was an ex-gang member (was one about 10 years ago) who was getting his life together, had a family and everything. So one day he comes home early (his wife worked, kids at school) to find 3 guys in skimasks going through his apartment. two of them were armed, and opened fire on him. He took 3 shots to the chest, 1 to one of his legs, 1 to his arm, while running through and jumping out of his 2nd story window. He ran to his car parked in the lot (which is right in front of the building) and drove for 10 mins to the nearest hospital. He arrived at the emergency room and passed out in his car. He woke up a week later in the hospital, and was out in a few(2?) months. He returned to his family and is still a tenant there.

he only made it to the hospital then passed out thats like going to cedar point waiting for the power tower for 10 hours and then passing out before you step on
when my boy quincy got shot (check signature) he was with a friend who took 7 bullets 2 to the torso and the rest to his extremities and carried quincy to nurses office of a near by high school before quincy died. he lived hes such a savage, mad props for having his homies back like that and yeah the guy from your story is a fucking beast to.
That's crazy...always cool to hear stories like that. It's certainly possible though...especially if you're a pretty built guy, once your adrenaline gets pumping. Probably more likely if they're using a smaller round like 9mm. A lot of times 9mm will get slowed down a lot by puffy or thick coats. Thick leather is notorious for it's ability to slow down and even stop some smaller pistol rounds.
yeah because in realy life people would normally just turn around and run away from the room, instead of running through it and jumping out the window, lol. that is a bad ass story though
