    So I go to visit my baby today, and this is what I find.

    Please tell me how I can fix that? Shes been outside all her life, probably about a month or so into budding.

    Is that stuff local to one area of the plant or is it all over?

    Yeah, if you have caterpillars, that white stuff is their poo :( You should take a close look and you'll probably see them as they get pretty big.
