I was an alcoholic for decades, every waking moment. One year I desperately quit cold turkey at home, a horrible week-long experience. three months later I was drinking again The next year I tried again, but this time with an MM card and some vape cartridges. I overdosed on the weed oil that night. It was freaky awful, couch locked for three hours, but this time there were no body-trembling DTs and no week-long sickness, not the next day or the day after or the week after... I'm still free of the killer juice years later. Thanks to this crazy-ass plant from mother earth! I do wonder if overdosing pushed my physiology to a new level, it was freaky but absolutely pain free

Have to smoke 15 pounds in an hour to overdose, sounds like you suffer from an underlying anxiety issue. Glad you are off the liquor though. I drank heavily for 10 years and now just have the occasional drink and I'm in full control. It's more enjoyable now.
"overdosing" may not be correct, but it's the only word I could think of to describe the ill effects, namely, severe couchlock and paranoia I like wine and could drink a glass or two now and then without going off the deep end, but why?

Believe me I know that story all too well, I've watched my father battle with alcohol for 42 years of my life! I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! 22 years ago he decided to seek treatment, it hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows since then but hes come a long long way from where he began! All the best to u in this, and if it weed helps, greening out or not, then my man, hats off to u for at least trying!
The culture in my country revolves around drugs we can't talk about here. But I broke free, took charge of my life, then when I was ready I stopped drinking and stuck to herb. Now I'm quitting weed aswell. I've had one joint in the last 4-5 weeks. But I hang around on this site to give advice, chat and keep in contact with friends. All the best mate.
