So I am always looking to get better at growing my indoor ladies. I was thinking of adding a led light for supplemental lighting. I'm currently running 1000w HPS in a 4x4 area. I am using an cfl light to light up the lower canopy but think I might add a few LED light to add lower growth. I've looked at the type that screws into a standard light socket. I think adding two at opposite end may increase lower buds. Should this be a waste? What bulbs would you recommend? How do led lights rate vs HID. I would like to add the additional color spectrums.
