We are considering moving to Illinois. About time we lived in a legal state. The wife and I would both qualify for Medical cards. And Indiana can kiss my ass. It'll never be legal here.
Just my opinion(and I'm wrong a lot) but I think that the Feds will hand it off to the states before the next election. Take it off of Schedule one narcotics and let the states deal with it that is. I'm not talking $$ or morals or even "It's simply the right thing to do, so let's have a well thought out plan". It will come down to "The masses are rioting in the streets and approaching the gates!! We need to give them SOMETHING to calm them!". Weed legalisation, and a very few 'minor' policing policy changes will be enough to calm the herd. This time, not sure about next time.
Well, if they do that, I still think Holcomb will never allow it in Indiana. He's a bigger idiot than Nancy Grace.
This issue is pissing me off to no end. When people are willing to move for medical reason. The USA now stands for the Ununited slaves of America.
