I really need a nice lighter, so I looked around and found the Corona Old Boy Pipe Lighter (Corona Old Boy Chrome With Lines Pipe Lighter : Elighters.com) So I was just wondering if anyone here used or uses this lighter and if they might be kind enough to let me know if its worth the $100? Many thanks
I have bought high priced lighters before... they don't work any better than a bic and it sucks when you lose them...
Def not worth it... the best lighter ive ever bought was those cool jet ones from the dollar store dam things are amazing for lighting up in the winter... although they don't last the longest
It looks well made and everything but there's no need to spend $100 on a lighter. You can go to a smoke shop and get a nice one for $30 or less.
With those $100 you could get yourself a nice bong.. a lighters main purpose is to light weed, ( which is something any lighter can do) so just get a regular bic lighter for a dollar.
I would by a clipper lighter instead. There cheap, refillable, easy Flint changing. And use some if the cleanest iso butaine on the market. Why not get an herbiron if your spending 100bux..
The Corona Old Boy is a tobacco pipe lighter... The flame comes out sideways so that it can be easily angled down into the bowl of a pipe. Many pipe smokers find that a bic does the job just as well. But then again, if you want a high-quality, refillable, purpose built TOBACCO pipe lighter, then it is worth the $100. But for anyone not seeking those qualities but still want a lighter that works... buy a bic.
Clippers are the best... eco friendly, cost like a buck, refillable, reflintable, auto adjusts flame when turning sideways for your bowl, and can take the striker out and use a poker. Also way more collectible.
Whenever my friends leave there bics at my house, I take the Flint for my clipper. I use vector fuel.
