Think this is a good routine for a beginner?

    So I was interested in adding some weight training into my exercising routine, I came across this article which suggested a work out and if anybody can give their 2 cents I would truly appreciate it. Keep in mind I never really did any sort of weight training routine outside of school.
  2. you would probably get better answers in the right section. I have used this workout and it would be beneficial for a beginner. After a couple months you will probably have to change it up though.
  3. Didn't read into the routine, but full body workouts are definitely a good choice for beginners.

    Remember, stay consistent. You could have the best routine in the world but if you never workout it's useless.

  5. Absolutely, diet is 80%or more of one's progress with their body, whether it's weight gain or loss.
  6. Idk im trying to gain weight so im going to eat quite a bit and thx for ur input ill try this out for a month and see what happens
