I recently got busted... when they searched my car, all they found was a lighter for that they gave me a paraphernila (sp?) ticket! wtf! i dont really think they have a right to do this... do they???
no they cant do that, unless you did have something else on you, i think they can then. Because they cant bust you for papers unless you have a sack on you too, so maybe it would be the same thing?
i didnt have anything else... i mean you can buy lighters at 16... I also have incence in my car and how am i supposed to light that? a cigg lighter doesnt work too well.
