these munchies have to stop.

  1. it's getting ridiculous. just when i got myself trained to not want them i started smoking heavily again. and now everynight i spend 10 bucks on food then i feel like shit the next morning. usually it's because i get a massive shake with all my food. or drink too much soda. what do you guys do to combat the urge? when i'm sober i have no problem at all telling myself to wait for food or forgetting about it. but when i'm stoned, i can't control myself or so it seems.
     
  2. I have a huge case of water bottles and i constantly drink water. It seems to keep the hunger that is caused by the bud at bay.
     
  3. i always have drinks on hand. i'll try especially water.
     
  4. Even ten minutes of cardio in the morning should help. Working out AND cardio will let you eat continuously and still not get fat, just more muscular. And Opivys right, water is awesome. Bubblegums good in an emergency as well.
     
  5. I do the same thing... I keep water around because if I drink to much soda (or any carbonated beverage) my stomach goes haywire, and I burp every other goddamn second.
     
  6. who said anything about getting fat? as of this far in my life i have no problems with controlling my weight or working out and execising. you need to re-read my post. i don't want to eat that much. i didn't post because i eat too much and get fat (doesn't happen). i eat too much and end up in the bathroom the next morning. i want to eat less, not exercise and eat more. damn...

    and gum only makes me want food.

  8. I didn't realize food makes you shake literally.. I thought it was a fancy term for gettin fat or something. Well I do cardio and don't get "shakey" so try that anyways. :D

  11. my friend just started smoking with me and he eats way to much..like the last time he was over he threw up all over my kitchen floor.....

  13. yeah he wouldnt stop eating...so now when he goes half on a fat O with me, he told me to punch him if he eats to much....

  16. eating slowly wouldn't do anything. i'd just eat the same amount over a longer period of time. i just forced myself to not stop at burger king today. step 1 i guess. now the real test is can i do it again.

  19. i will eat so much sometimes i will lay down and i cant lay on my stomach because there is so much food in it.....
     
  20. munchies is a gift from god,wtf are you all talking about?!....take advantage of the moment and order 2 chicken bacon and swiss burgers and 2 large curly fries then go to sonic and get an hot fudge cake sundae. Then in no time youll be in heaven
