when growing plants i know that if you mess up the light cycle you run the risk of getting herms. What if you do this to male plants? would it get you some yield off them as opposed to throwing the whole thing out? or do only females go herm?

i think i can help you, see i had some plants a while ago and tried this thinking the same as you. so tried and tested. on ganja plants only a female or natural hermie will turn hermie. it has to do with the male plants being stronger than the females, so a female has got a very good chance of going hermie or male if not cared for correctly. l8er.
