Eh... as much as i hate censorship, whenever i see people on this site who say fag or faggot, its always in a negative and usually hateful way. I guess i\'m asking if this word could be like the N word, and be automatically censored, cause theres really positive way to say it.

O I understand where you are coming from, I do not agree it or the N word should be censored. What I\'m saying is words like that shouldn\'t be used-Period- not in any sense on these forums or in real life. They are terrible words- they are HATEFULL insults towards some people. Now you may be fine with it- good - but others are not. I\'m not even offended by them, I am just saying if I was black or gay and I heard someone saying the N word or faggot I would really wonder how they mean it. Not everyone can clearly inturpret what your saying and in what context- People shouldn\'t use insults that clearly single out certain groups. If insults are to be used (even though they are against forum rules to begin with) atleast just call someone stupid, dumbass, jackass or something anyone can be. People on the forums need to have more respect for each other I feel if they want to be using these as insults

I think censorship by government is completely fucked up no matter what the censorship is, but were not talking about the government, were talking about the mods of an online message board. We dont have the same RIGHTS that we have in real life because this is a privately owned forum, and anyone who wants to post here has to follow the rules of the owner. One rule here is that name calling and hating is not allowed, and i just think that this would limit the hatred thats on this forum.
