The HBO TV show The Wire wrapped up it's final season a few weeks ago. I'm sure that a lot of you are familiar with it. If you're not, I highly suggest you check it out as I believe it's one of the most important TV shows ever. David Simon recently wrote his farewell in a letter to the fans which sums up the themes of the show. Yea it's my favorite show but I'm only on the third season. (^^^Which is why you shouldn't put spoilers as your avatar....)
I enjoy everything david simon does. Good read, too. The wire is definitely a beast of a show, though. One of the few I don't mind shelling the $$ out for the DVD's.
