I had one for a while. They're pretty great if you keep them cleaned (which is a bitch, you're supposed to use a special cleaning solution). Also, which i'm sure someone else will point out, you are clearing the smoke through the downstem. It's not a big problem, but once some gunk has built up within it you might get the occasional mouthful. One hit should set just about anyone straight given the right herb, but its more of a novelty thing IMHO. Hope that helps
