I hope people don't take advantage of him as well, but the number of seed giveaways like this that there are will result in it at least once in awhile, sadly. Me, I'm honestly very thankful that he sent me a care package. I needed some seeds as I had run out due to complications with storage methods that my girlfriend suggested, resulting in a 90% decrease in germination rate, as well as seedlings that looked like they needed to be put down, honestly. I wasn't trying to be rude or anything, I don't always read all of the thread, btw. Now and then I glance into the threads I watch or keep an eye on on the forums.
It can be seen 2 ways. Yes, it might lower our chances of winning the contest as newcomers will enter by the masses, but think of what it could possibly do for the community. Even if 1000 people came for the comp but only 30 of them stayed and became regular posters on GC it's worth it. It helps GC out a bit, while GC is helping out The Vault. My 2 cents. Cheers!
