I suppose that's a matter of perspective... we exist within the universe so I'm sure you're including our actions in this as well and although i'm sure most people wouldn't say them and the people around them function in that manor from a different point of view this could be the case I think when you learn to see the universe as such like say you sync up with the universe then of course it's clockwork
