    Well my state just had bills to legalize and decriminalize and every damn bill failed as soon it hit the floor..are you kidding me? WTF is wrong with these folks in this state..are they just all retarded, or what?

    They are all being paid by the drug and oil industries mainly to keep illegal - once it is legalized then those businesses will loose big profits
