The Stars

  1. brrrr, too cold. inland USA, round arizona / nevada during summer, and inland Australia during winter. good and warm stargazing all year! driving around in a big ass house-car (winniebago?) filled to the brim with beer, frozen beef and chops, a few pounds of MJ, a big ass telescope on the roof and a BBQ a few yards off. wouldn't want the barbie smoke get in the way of the scope :)
     
  2. Ya got that right Z. I was going to say some part of big sky country in the West...out in the sticks in Texas, Arizona or New Mexico would be cool I love NM, pueblos, etc. or in AZ, checking out the stars around red rock coutry near Sedona...:)

    maybe i shoulda clarrified that first time that in that context "us" meant our solarsystem (Sol included).
     
  6. but wouldnt the sun still be the closetest to our solar system? because it IN our solar system, so its the closest.
