    anyone have any idea of what brings on the spins and what are they like. I think i had them but i never threw up. Got really dizzy and starting sweating a ton, just sleep it off for an hour.

    I think it has something to do with your equilibrium being out of balance. similar to motion/sea sickness. feels like you wanna puke basically and you feel "spinny"
