I doubt I'm the only one who feels this way, but does anyone else have a band, or artist that has played a huge role in their life. Death Cab and The Postal Service were the two main bands I listened to. Now whenever I hear their songs I can't help but remember every day and moment of those two summers. Me and my best friends, smoking weed, having the most care free enjoyable times of our life. What I'd do to get back to those times...
Linkin Park was my favorite band for a very long time and whenever I hear any of their old songs it brings back some good memories
Sigur Ros has done that to me ever time i listen to it, it takes me back to all those times just sitting toking away our weekends.
Blink 182-The band that got me into music to begin with Sublime-The band that made me realize how fucking amazing music can be, and that you don't have to stick to one style Notorious B.I.G.-Really got me into rap, also motivated me to start writing rhymes and shit and Green Day-Dookie is by far my favorite album of all time to blaze to
I have many many huge influences becouse i am a huge music lover but i guess ill have to say the most were Bob Dylan Neil Young Led Zeppelin Radiohead Velvet Underground Hendrix Beatles and of course floyd MGMT's pretty kick ass too and theres a shit ton more

Conor Oberst from Bright Eyes. His music has done wonders for me. Gave me something to relate to when I was down, gave me something to smile about when I was nervous, gave me something to jam to when I was high, and just all around gave me a good feeling when I listened to him. Every album had a different feel and it would work for a different mood.
I like Sublime and Biggie for the same reason you do. Green day is aight, thats thier best album. Never really got into blink 182 but I like ur last 3 picks
The beatles brings back memories of road trips and whenever i hear Led Zeppeilin i have to spark up out of respect Led Zep IV was my first and most used blazing soundtrack
The main bands I think of when I look back on my life are Bob Marley, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, The Band and Neil Young. This is music, unlike a lot of the rap I used to and still listen to, that I will listen to until the day I die, it has meaning because of the times associated like chillin with old friends who I haven't see in a few years, spending time with family, and other innocent aspects of my life
