I love the sound of silence. everywhere you are has a sound of silence thats beautiful. just stand wherever you are, no music on, no tv, nothing, preferably be outside on your porch or something, make sure no ones talking, breathe soft so you cant hear yourself either, and just LISTEN. (preferably be stoned as fuck, lol). focus on everything around you that you cant control, that is the current sound of silence. i dunno bout any of you... but im blazed as fuck realizing the beauty of the world. half near death experiences do that to ya, you know? peace out and blaze one up for me cause i smoked my last bowl as i wrote this, hahaha
I love listening to the sound of semi-silent nature, especially on shrooms. Nothing beats sitting in an area natural beauty in the summer, nicely tripping, and just looking at the trees, grass, and birds, etc, along with all the quiet sounds they make. Its even better when no one is around. I hate coming back to 'reality' on a shroom trip. E.g. walking down some hill back into the urban landscape, and seeing people again.

i think the sound of silence is awesome too man. i just got done finishing a blunt in Nassau, BAH. it was awesome with no one around in the caribbean. peace
