Hello, grasscity. I've been lurking around the S/P forums--and grasscity in general--for a few months now. I see with all the people awakening on the site and throughout the world, many people have questions as to what's going on, how to ascend, etc. You may be seeing auras, having past-life experiences, have extraterrestrial contact, be familiar with reptilians, or having other spiritual anomalies of which I have not mentioned. Don't panic; this is normal for those intuitively prepared to awakened and spread the word to those of mankind that wish to follow the call. For better or worse, I have yet to "formally" ascend my consciousness, although I have been taking my steps and teachings for the past six months or so, applying them almost every day now. I only wish to teach anyone who seeks the truth because I feel like, as a human being, that is my mission now. The truth has been covered up for so long, even since Jesus walked on Earth. Even before that time, far before it. One of the reasons I have not post the truth here--besides the fact I am still on my own quest for knowledge, as you all are I'm sure--is because of one simple, unbelievable but equally true fact: the elite know. They know we have the potential to know and will stop at nothing to numb our minds for the sake of keeping power and money. Knowledge is debilitating if applied through unknowing hands, but is just as powerful for those who know how to use it. This knowledge is dangerous, but we the people are running out of time. The third seal--an engulfment of fire, a nuclear war--is almost upon us. I know when it will happen, where it will happen, and what will begin to happen shortly after. Until this thread, they don't know that I know. But I know that they know. And this scares them. I have searched through the forums and have found many interesting discussions with many different viewpoints. But I have yet to find anything like what I have to say. Certain things touch on the knowledge, but never completely engage it. Many are only missing the hand that screws in the bulb to illuminate. You're all you need. All you have to do is acquire the knowledge. Remember who you once were and you will inherit that vessel of existence in your lifetime if you only pursue it. Truthfully, every single human on this planet has the potential to ascend as long as seek purely to know for oneself, not for status or power or any other objective. Unfortunately, at the moment, I am somewhat constricted on time. But I promise, I will begin revealing the secrets starting either tonight or tomorrow. Understandably, you may doubt me; after all, I'm just some guy on a weed forum. If you hunger for the true reality, however, I suggest you return to read what I will have to say. This thread could very well change your life.
haha INTENSE i ate some acid recently and had this same premonition it would be a waste of life, but the cosmos continues . i will stay true to myself and others, beyond that i am powerless. SO BE IT
(1) Before I begin, I'd like to make a clarification... Any of the terms I may use in regards to religion, spirituality, and the like are to be interpreted according to your personal belief system and should not be judged solely by the immediate interpretation you receive. For example, I may use the term "heaven", but its intention is to provide a word for "afterlife" and is not a promotion or demotion of any religion. Reflect what you read against your own coda and reach your own conclusion. The universe can provide its means, but only the soul has true free will to choose a destiny or draw a conclusion. --- Let's start with a question, as this is how all things start... "What defines your happiness?" Think about it for a minute. For those affixed on the surface mind, this is usually things to ensure survival, then power. The definition of happiness in this category usually ends up with money. Set human needs are food, water, and shelter. In traditional society, these are found through monetary means. One must achieve a preferably steady income that is equal or greater than the expenses needed to live in a set state of life to gain "happiness". Basic economics, right? Consider this: in the event you were to suddenly have all of your financial needs taken care of--including but not limited to a high-end, reliably steady income equal to or greater than your expenses--what do you do next? If you had all the money you could ever need, what would be next on your personal agenda? There's two general roads we can take from here... A) Ensure your financial situation continues as it is, or enhance it so you have more income and/or less expenses. Life goes on as it is, but money is still your main concern, as it must be watched and nurtured to continue the current state of being. B) Engage in a new quest to create a greater sense of happiness and well-being. This can be through a hobby turned passion, spirituality, closeness with friends/family, or anything that does not solely involve your funds, but rather enhancing others and/or yourself. Yes, the words of the Notorious B.I.G. ring true: Mo' Money, Mo' Problems. Be it to protect your personal financial system or to enhance its efficiency, this is still mainly accomplished through educating yourself on how the money world works and judging which sources of income benefit and/or which expenses aren't as needed. Money is a false nature; if a higher power (or nature) required humans to have money to survive, we would have cash coming out of our ass whenever we needed it. Now, back to our first question. Perhaps money doesn't make or break your happiness. If one does not have money as a primary worry--through prioritizing another source of potential or concrete happiness--we must move on to the next question: "What is happiness?" A bit more abstract, this question. According to the Wikipedia entry for "Happiness", the definition is "a mental state of well-being characterized by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy." As a personal emotion and state of mind, only the one with happiness, or lack thereof, can interpret what it is and how to achieve it. This can be influenced by one's childhood, life experiences, moral code, religion, family, economic situation, or a blend of these things. So, find the answer within yourself this question: what are your ideal conditions to achieve a state of pure happiness? Regardless of what your answer is, we can agree that it is ultimately happiness and well-being that humans strive for. Everything else is but a surface concern that must be bypassed to get to the goal of bliss. On that note, notice I've left out one very important word throughout this post that ties in directly with happiness...love. "What is love?" Love is positive energy. It's a unique, light energy that ranges in quality but retains the essence of itself. It's happiness, compassion, care, sensitivity, loyalty, discipline, trust, and pretty much every other positive word you can think of that you can apply to yourself or another entity, physical or otherwise. True love is the ultimate devotion, surrendering oneself to goodness simply for the goodness itself. See, all people, places, and things are inherently good and full of love. When was the last time you saw a newborn baby that was intent on harming others and harnessing negative energy? I'm sure they were far and few in between, if existing at all. The closest physical definition of love? The moment a mother gives birth to a child and sees that gift of light for the first time, for that child is the trinity of the three "Ls", the keys to understanding and reaching ascension: LOVE: The conjunction of light and life. LIGHT: The illumination of love through the plane of existence on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. LIFE: The soul, filled with light and made with love, which contains the universe as the universe contains you.
If you want to be with "God", just close your eyes and vibrate at the correct frequency. I mean, right?

"The term “ego” has its own problems. For purposes of clarity, I think it useful to confine our use of the term “ego” to refer to (a) to that aspect of the self that is specifically designed to negotiate everyday reality (this roughly corresponds to the way the term is used in psychoanalytic circles) or (b) as the “small self ” that is intended to carry out the designs of the “large Self,” without arrogating to itself more power, wisdom, or knowledge than it actually possesses (this roughly corresponds to how we might view ego from a spiritual perspective). I do not like using the term “ego” as a synonym for personality; it is too narrow and too ambiguous. And it has pejorative connotations in the enneagram community. If we need to talk about “ego problems,” it is better to use the specific terms that describe the nature of the problem—e.g., narcissism, spiritual inflation, arrogance, ungroundedness, etc.—and to discuss them in terms that remind us that it is we who are acting, not a third party “ego entity” that is somehow separate from the self." In a sense, it’s a similar sort of comparison, except that when we take the “ego vs. Essence” position, we assume that ego/personality has an adversarial relationship with Essence: we assume that if ego is present, Essence is not. In the latter case—what we could call “Essence via ego” position—we are comparing the extent to which inner values (i.e., essential values) are expressed outwardly, via the ego/personality. From this point of view, the relationship between ego and Essence is not adversarial, but complementary. At the same time, it’s not an easy thing to do. We are building a bridge between the inner and the outer worlds, so that our acts are congruent with our essential nature. This takes discipline and perseverance, and the willingness to change the personality so that it aligns with inner values (rather than the other way around). We need the courage of our convictions to stand up for core values in the face of opposition and the humility necessary to admit when we are wrong. This is what makes character a rather elusive quality. It is not given; it must be earned.
"The perfect man has no self, The spiritual man has no merit, The holy man has no fame." What do you think they are hiding from you?

@kojopolis: "Next time instead of vaguely skimming, read what people post". (2) “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.†- Franklin Roosevelt So… “What is fear?†From Webster's dictionary: “A state of anxiety or dread; uneasiness or concern; to be afraidâ€. At its primal form, fear is a human reflex activated in the face of a danger or threat that initiates the fight/flight response. Fear is also applicable at a mental level through imagining a perceived danger or threat and playing the scenarios of the event in the mind. In this, one creates a sort of battle strategy for something not yet physically existent. Identify what you fear. What is it? It may be something traditional to fear: heights, spiders, snakes, public speaking…perhaps it's a fear of something innately irrational, such as clowns or grass. It may be an outward reflection of something within yourself (success, failure, intimacy). But it's what's more definitively threatening that intrigues, ala terrorism or nuclear war. It's what's definitively threatening to the current state of existence that universally invokes fear because what lies outside this lifetime, this dimension, is initially unknown. “I am not frightened of dying. Any time will do, I don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying? There's no reason for it--you've got to go sometime.†- Gerry O'Driscoll on Pink Floyd's “The Great Gig in the Sky†He's right…well, kind of. Why fear death? It's inevitable; every soul will leave its physical body at some point in time. In essence, death is a part of life. What if I told you that it's possible to cheat death? In learning the truth, it is concretely possible to live for hundreds--even thousands--of years while still retaining both youth and memories. I'll try to explain this the best I can… Start with the soul, the convergence of Love, Light, and Life. In being the essence of these three things, a soul is virtually indestructible. Only the vessel in which the soul is held can be destroyed or decay and age to the point of death. When a body is finally unable to continue based on its physical limitations and “diesâ€, it is much more than just a corpse--and far from what we tend to believe as dead. See, a soul remains in whichever vessel it is housed in for three days before being released back into the grand matrix of energy that is our universe to reapply itself. In other words, the body is dead, but the soul inside the body lays dormant until this pocket of time has passed and it can move on. In this, our modern day procedures in dealing with a dead body are very cruel. When an autopsy is being performed, the soul can still “feel†the wounds being applied, physically helpless against whatever is being done to the body. There is a very notable example of this happening to Jesus in the Bible. After Jesus' crucifixion (Thursday), his body was removed from the cross, wrapped in cloth, and placed in a cave tomb, the entrance being blocked by a boulder watched by a guard to ensure no one entered or left the tomb. On the third day (Sunday) of his body's isolation in the tomb, the time for his soul to lay dormant had passed. The tomb was reopened, containing inside the Archangels to deliver the message that Christ had risen. In translation, because Christ had devoted his life to the hidden teachings and was “the Son of God†and had lay his soul dormant for the allotted time period, his soul had successfully begun the process of ascension. Only later did he reveal himself in a form somewhere between physicality and pure LLL energy. As such, he was, for the forty days before he completely ascended, the highest vibrational being on Earth. Upon Mary Magdalene's encounter with the ascending Christ, she was told by him to not touch him. Contrary to popular or portrayed belief, this was not out of a sense of respect, fear, or holiness. If Mary Magdalene had touched Jesus at that point, her body would have literally been vaporized into thin air, her vessel of a body unable to contain the Christ energy transmuted through a simple touch. It would be like a empty glass suddenly being rushed with a torrent of water, strong enough to break the glass. As for the countless cases of death in which the soul has not recollected its former ascension-needed knowledge, the soul is released after its dormancy period, back into the collective soul energy but remains anywhere between the 3rd-5th dimension until it reincarnates into another vessel to which it starts the process of life again until it can reacquire the knowledge of ascension in a single lifetime. A simple, very basic example is to imagine your soul as a prospective employee. The employee gets hired through repeating life in another vessel--another job--until the employee either loses the job (this is death) or gets a promotion (ascension). Alas, this will not be forever the case in the same sense as it's been since the technique has been passed. The end times are approaching quickly, but so is a new beginning. In allowing your soul to remember its past through sacred knowledge and practicing the immortal work, allow your soul to ascend. You must put all your devotion into reaching for the higher good, regardless of costs or the bondages of physicality.
you really think you have the answers to life mysteries don't you dude, don't preach this nonsense, nobody knows what happens after death, NOBODY and you're claiming to know that this is what happens, sure it's a cool idea, but in no way a better idea then the religion of Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, or that this might be a dream, just stop making a fool out of yourself.. you're no different then a creationist at this point..
I suppose that's faith for you. The cool thing about the internet is that it's an indefinite medium; I can project an idea, but it's ultimately your decision as to whether or not you even absorb let alone accept it (and vice versa, of course). But you're not projecting ideas or questions, only criticism. I could put down any religion, or your personal belief system (which I'm curious of, if you wish to share), but I'm not and would not because I respect people and their individual views. If you were to inquire about what I have to say instead of knocking it down, I would do my best to answer it to the best of my ability. If not, well, do as you wish.
we are matter experiencing itself continue consciously or unconscoiusly, those are the choices. this is the truth in the 21st century. anybody thats gonna argue about this is a GODHEAD and should be treated as such
