Hey everyone, just want you to have a look at my scrog, and let me know what you think. First time grow. Scrog is a rope netting screen. I cut the screen to size, and I cut holes, and ran the rope through the holes. Also how can I keep it secured on the outside of the container so it stays tight? Probably easy but having a brain fart lol. Any help or tips much appreciated.
You're going to need to use some type of reflecting material. As that rubber maid container is going to absorb all of your light. I would also recommend thinking about air flow. Anything below the top of the Rubbermaid container runs a risk of mold during flowering, and also during veg stage without proper air flow to the bottom portion you can get mold on your leaves. Just an idea.. You're going to need to use some type of reflecting material. As that rubber maid container is going to absorb all of your light. I would also recommend thinking about air flow. Should I let plants grow to scrog or lower it.. I'm new with scrog screens. Sent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum
SCROGers UNITE!!! I have a question about my scrog screen location. I am building individual across for each one of my pants, the area will be a 2x2 square. I am wondering how far from the soil should I placed the screen? About 1 ft about the top of the smartpot? The strain I am growing is Larry OG. Right now I am vegging under an 8bulb t5. I plan to move them under a 600w mh once the plant reaches my screen until it gets about 75% full, then switching to 600w HP's for flower. Any advice is welcome and appreciated. When I go to mh and HP's they will be in an air cooled sealed sunsystem xxxl hood. Not sure if that matters. How far should my canopy be from that type of sealed hood? Thanks in advance. And a bonus question... Better to have 4 plants that are in 2ftx2ft scrogs or 9 plants in 1.5ftx1.5ft scrogs? Eventually prior gonna switch to 1000watt hps, but its my first grow so I don't want to torch it yet lol
All plants are in individual scrogs. 9 plants in their own 18" x18" scrogs or 4 plants in 24" x24" scrogs. Sorry I didn't specify
