    Okay I keep passing my THC saliva drug tests because I have stopped smoking. However, when I am given the test they just make me hold the cotton in my mouth, they never make me rub it by my cheek. So my question is: is it safe to toke again if they keep testing me this way?

    As long as it gets wet with your saliva, then you can fail the test. I wouldn't start smoking again; that wouldn't be a smart thing to do.
