The Rep System to me...

    First off, I'd like to say thanks to all the folks who have given me rep over the time I've been here.

    And I really thought about this today when I got my first light green bar.

    Are the first dark green ones sposed to be like mids, and then the light green ones represent headies or dank?

    Idunno maybe I'm fucked up and don't make any sense but it makes sense to me....

    I'd also like to mention while I'm speaking on this(Wihtout trying to preach)

    OMFG THE LOCOMOTION JUST CAME ON MY ITUNES HAHAHAHA

    Ahem. I'd like to mention, that if you really like someones post, you should rep them too!
    I can't tell ya how many low rep users I've seen with posts that have 5+ likes and they still have one bar of rep.
    I've been trying to like less and rep more lately.

    ANyways yeah what do you think about the rep system?
    Dark=Mids
    Light=Dank?:wave::wave::smoke::smoke::smoke:

    Urm, it's just some weird little system thing i barely pay any attention to. to be honest i don't really care at all. :eek:

    It's just always caught my attention because it turns to light green.

    Idunno maybe I thought too much into it.

    I don't really care much about rep anymore, it's basically been replaced with the 'like' system instead.

    Well if you see someone with like 5,000 post and only 3 bars then its basically a way of showing that not many people find the persons post interesting

    Well that's a given, I dont' know what i was getting at man.

    I was basically trying to say REP MOAR LIEK LESS without being so tactless.

    Not for my own personal gain.

    Lots of users don't care for the like system because it's reminiscent of FaceBook. Sure it's practically identical but it's usefulness outweighs that stigma.

    I know when people get updates or notifications endorphins are released into the brain which makes you happy, so essentially its probably the same here..

    Sometimes I check the threads before my fb lol
