Yeah, while watching it I felt worthless, like my existence is pointless. I noticed that whoever made the video stole a bunch of clips from other scientific videos, notably for me was The Elegant Universe. Still, I'm not fully comfortable with being connected to everything through energetic ties because that means my hand atoms were touching some other guys ass atoms right before the big bang.
damn, that video was awesome. that kind of puts words into how i felt after my first time dropping acid. i remember at the time feeling like a puzzle piece had been connected when i finally just let go of the thought that i have any purpose in the world. this seems to put in at least one other puzzle piece.
interesting theory. if you think about it the way they do, it make sense. but i just cant make myself believe it. just a fucked up way of looking at things lol
If you think about it that is totally crazy and just mind blowing. The whole realization that everything around us and everything we do is just some answer to an electrical formula interpreted by our brains is nuts. That "reality" is just an illusion that our brain illustrates based on the information our senses give us. The realization that everything that happens in the universe and at the biggest and smallest scales of what we call the "universe" or everything.. cant even be looked at or comprehended by us. How big, or small are we in relativity to "everything"? Maybe were a little tiny universe inside an atom that makes up something the size of a pea in another universe. Like one of the guys in the video said its one of humanity's biggest dilemma's, that we cannot comprehend the "universe" with our senses and the limitations of our brains and such. Its so hard to try and comprehend all of that.
reality IS only a dream and WE are only parts of a bigger puzzle taking control of that dream and make your reality the best it can be is a totally different story

the earth being round was just a theory. gravity was just a theory. space was just a theory.... but now those theories have become "reality" aka "proven". Only time will tell...
regarding the OP, dude that's freaking weird, cause i came up with a similar theory once after smoking a fat J. but basically what i came up with is that we can only see what certain forms of light touch and if we cannot see what is behind an object it's only because our eyes arent equipped properly and so therefore there must be other things that we are not equipped to see or sense so in the end what we see is merely an interpretaion of some of the energy bouncing off that object and not all of the energy boucing off said object. which leads to the concept of reality and how we define it through our senses but if our bodies are not equipped to experience every form of energy we cannot certainly define reality. i dont remember all of this well because i was pretty fucked up but somehow based on what i just typed, i came to the hypothesis that we might aswell just be individual cells keeping a bigger form of life going? i dunno memory's kinda hazy, anyways i felt crazy thinking like that either way there's no way for me to prove any of this therefore i dont believe it so to speak.
