    Has anyone else ever noticed those guys that walk on the side of the road? They have big fat butts and little backpacks, and they're usually wearing slacks and shirtsleeves, and they look like they're probably just retarded enough to be officially retarded.

    Has anyone else ever noticed these people? I've seen them all over the country. It's like a quiet little retarded cult.
