By criminalizing something so minimally harmful as marijuana when it is used as a means to happiness is going against the unalienable rights we all have as human beings. Legalize!

All men are created equal... Some are more equal than others. Remember, when all men were supposed to be equal, slaves (which were fellow men) didn't even have the worth of one human. In America, the pursuit of happiness basically means "You can start a business to become a rich person, so you can be in the top 1%, and control everything."
