after a week, I'm going to put them on a 12 on 12 off cycle. the plan is to go for 8 weeks in flowering.
let me know what you guys think, this is my first grow. I'm always looking to expand my knowledge. ill also be glad to answer any questions, just post below.

  2. you wont be able to flower unless you train it now. i would bend it down as far as t can go because i promise you it will not survive in the tent once you hit flower... it will grow into your light and block light distribution.

  3. there's another 2 feet or slightly more space that i can take those lights all the way up to, i will, however, take into consideration your recommendations

  4. goodgrace is right. I haven't grown any of the strains you are vegging, but most strains will stretch 2-3 times their size during the flowering phase of development. Do your lights have a veg and bloom switch? Are you using just the veg spectrum, or are you using full-spectrum?

  7. yooooooooo im gonna scrog them, they will be trained!!! that all you guys gotta say about the whole project? nothing about their health or the setup??? the trellis is going to take care of all that. there's still space for days for the lights to go up

  8. The 14/10 is an unnecessary step. When you are ready to flower, just switch to 12/12.

  9. i just wanna ease them into the flip, it will add another week but i feel the girls will thank me in return

  10. 14/10 is veg time. All you are doing is giving less food while they are vegging. The gradual transistion does more harm than good. Light times changing is stressful. Change it once and be done. Just my opinion. Whatever tickles your pickle.

  11. i personally think you are gonna regret not training earlier. Even though you Have 2 feet remaining to lift the lights. Considering the size of the plants 2 feet isn’t much at all. I definitely want to see what method you come up with and please share some pics when done !

  13. Hi,
As i did on my plant. I suggest lst bending in thé first week of preflower. By this point, juste be gentle and they5wont care what you do to them5.

  14. well said. i will be blunt. you veg these to large. they will not fit in this tent! they will grow 2.5 times as big as they are now. you do NOT have the room. you have great advice above i would follow. or you can top these plants right now to lets say no taller then 1.5 foot tall each suggested a foot tall for max yield for that light. for the 12/12 or 14/10 do what ever you want. it will add another few weeks to your finish. not like we wait so long now only 7 to 16 weeks whats another 2 weeks ???? ( to damn long)

  15. I would do as suggested and top them very low. Give them a week to recover and it will grow perfect

  16. I am absolutely humbled by the wave of responses I have received thus far, thank you so much for the input
<3. I took the advice I received here and flipped to 12/12 instead of the 14/10 I had originally planned doing. I flipped them on 8/16. on the 30th it will be 2 weeks since I have flipped them. the golden lemons( biggest plant in the back of the picture above) ended up being a hermaphrodite so I removed it. also one of the Cookies & Cream X Sensi Star X Lambs Breath(very front plant) ended up being a male, so I removed it as well. I scrogged the remaining 3 plants. ill post updated photos within the next few days so you guys can see how things are looking. while I'm bummed about losing 2 plants it did give me the opportunity to see up close an personal what I don't want in my garden.

  17. Heres what they looked like right before i scrogged them
