    We do have a couple of large limestone mines in this area. My water comes out of the tap at 8.1-8.3. I use rainwater for my plants.

    I don't know if it could stand up to cooking and taste tests, against average NYC unfiltered tap water. If it worked, I'd think that many non-New York City food-industry companies, would buy it.

    It's hard water, takes forever to boil. Don't know about the PH factor.

    Never been to NY. wouldn't love to go in my life time . Pizza is defiantly one thing id get. from multiple places.

    Sometimes there is nothing like a nice greasy slice of pizza. Normally I do not always eat greasy pizzas but sometimes when you are good and high it is great.

    Hi Toni, I love all pizza. I'm a New York-er so it's usually thin crust.. I like all veggies on pizza. I also like anchovies. But, the girlfriend really dislikes them. Hope your having a great night my friend.Vaping the Pineapple express tonight. Whats ya burning?

    I Think I Already Said That I Prefer Thick Crust on My Pizza but Do Anyone Like The Crust When it Stuffed With Cheese an Also Has Tons of Toppings it's BOMB!

    I like all pizza. I've heard to make stuffed crust at home we would use string cheese rolled in the crust. I've never tried it myself. I've had pizza in Quebec,Canada where they put all the toppings under the cheese. That was different.
