  3. War for oil? Yawn.........

Shouldn't the oil havmaterializeded by now? Where is the oil? All I see is $3.70/gallon gas.

  4. They didn't go over there to get YOU a good deal on oil, silly :p

  5. People say the wars are for oil. They aren't for oil, although they are very close... They are to keep the US dollar as the only currency oil is traded in, pretty much forcing the US dollar to be the worlds reserve currency. This is what ignorant mother fuckers really mean to say when they say that the wars are for oil, they just don't know any better.

I do believe there may be other raw mineral resources in abundance over there, but those may just be spoils of war for the corporations supporting the war. I honestly have no clue...

But for certain one of the main reasons, if not the main reason, for going to war with Afghanistan and Iraq was to ensure the USD as the only currency oil is traded in and as such ensure the USD as the world's reserve currency.

Why did we go to war with Libya? (And why does no one seem to count this as a war?) Do you think it was a humanitarian effort to overthrow Gaddafi?

    This is the real reason...

Plain and simple all wars are for money, and they convince all ya'll that they are overthrowing dictators or sending help for training or some other humanitarian bullshit. We kill thousands and thousands and thousands of innocent people all over the world to ensure our spot as the global reserve currency. Innocent people dying for money... I thought those days were gone with the end of imperialism? Gone the way of those barbaric forms of government before democracy?

  6. It is for oil. Those Oil-bearing nations know they have the resources to sustain their own economy through there own currency system. We are just good at intimidating nations to not do that or we go "humanitarian" on you.

  7. if this war was for money then why are we still balls deep in the whore called national debt

  8. It's funny how people think we nationalize the spoils of war like we're a 14th century monarchy.

Welcome to corporatism, where the taxpayers foot the bill and the private corporations reap the rewards.

  9. Yeah exactly, if all this is true, how comes America isn't rich/without debt? The sub-prime crisis? (I don't actually know, simply asking)

  10. yeah, the only one ill need to watch.... before the media ploy that 9/11 became shoves a thousand more down my throat.

  11. This actually answers my above question. Thanks.
