yea man, i had 730 back in high school (machine, i only got 390 on free weight squat). i wish i worked out more, i really think im capable of a lot more but since i dont play anything anymore i never have a reason. sucks.
i almost shit my pants when i saw 730...until i read further LOL....730 woulda been ungodly for free squat.ADD: either way though those are still big numbers right there. Not many people i know can get over 300(besides the football people) my lifting has dropped off so much from me senior year. Football kept me going strong on a solid schedule and now that i am at college i am like \"hmm i COULD go lift, but i think ill go drink a beer\" i\'ve started heading back to the gym again though, it feels nice working out, i feel dirty/lazy/piece of shit when i don\'t work out
i hear ya man, i actually put on my workout clothes a while back and was walking to the gym when the window to a 4runner rolled down and yelled my name. wouldnt you know my friends had some medical when i was about to go run? guess what i chose.
LMAO. Hell nah thats funny. Pretty much the same reason i dont lift as much anymore, cuz in High School, i had it 2 periods a day, and after school for football. Now that im out of HS, i always find other things to do besides lift. ... i also know the feeling you are talkin about, liftin weights does make me feel a whole shit load of a lot better and more energetic.
