unless i misunderstood your lizard got the diesease while in your care? if so then you should be ashamed because MBD is simply not having the proper lights for your lizard. Too many people now a days think they can own a lizard and then dont want to buy the slightly expensive lighting.
Figured I'd just bump this instead of making a new thread My family does feral cat rescues and we've adopted 5 so far that were born on the side of our house. First Fern and Ivy as kittens in 05, there actually from the same litter even tho there different siamese breeds Sparky was rescued from my then bfs litter who was the runt The twins, also named MaryJane and Daisy And there beautiful mother who is now letting us actually pet her even tho being brought in as a feral at over a year old Mushroom is one of my friends cats that i've come to love and he just lost one of his back legs from a pit bull attack and wanted to show him some love..
heres a few pics of my bold cat mush mush. also got 2 gerbils(copper and steel) and a wild garden hedgehog we rescued and take care of. Ur cats are cool also. shes very special. quite the character! I should have put the tv remote and a beer beside her.for laffs. maybe a few j's. shes sooo lazy!
We have Bob. Our resident shaman. He's also an axolotl We hang out together a lot. I smoke weed, he chases shrimps, it works. Ive also had some pretty intense moments whilst shrooming with Ol' bob. He's a lot more friendly and playfull than I would have given an amphibian credit for. Likes to rub up against your finger. plays football (snout ball really i guess..) with his tank mate snails too. seems to like my man's overtone throat singing too. ah... we love you Bob!
Does anyone here have a rabbit ? i was at a pet store today to get a "companion" gerbil and saw the rabbits and was thinking of getting one. Can you actually hold and pet your rabbit, does it like to play and does yours ever try to get in on toking? my gerbil loves it when i vape, when i exhale the gerbil trys to get some, thats why his names smoky. i ll post a pic of him when i play with em. edit:: heres smoky
I have an old black lab named Hunter and a few fish named George (beta), Frank (little bottom feeder), and Nameless (not sure..). I am currently also baby sitting my boyfriend's beta named Douglas. However, there is one pet thought that has stolen my heart when I least expected. He is actually my boyfriends toad, but I consider him being under joint custody. I will now introduce to you His Royal Highness King Walter of Toad Stool! ! My bf made him a paper crown.
As of today, I'm an Iguana owner. Just resuced it from a person who was moving. He's a large 3 foot iguana, he's got a mohawk. I'll put up pics when I borrow my friend's camera.

These are mine and my fiancee's kitties..Luna's in the top picture, and Arthur (King of the Britons, defeater of the Saxons, and sovereign of all England) is in the bottom one with his tongue sticking out. Both are very strange cats, Luna's the kitty that I've taken the most liking to.
