  1. This thread is for protein and other muscle supplement discussion. Write not I using MuscleTech ANATOR P70. Good stuff. Doesn't taste to bad either.
     
  2. usually when people first start working out/lifting, they take more supplements than later on. you will realize that not only do you not need them, but a lot of the supplements that they sell are overcharged and overhyped BS products. No one may even listen to me, but i've been lifting for 8 years now and feel like i should be spreading what i know. in due time, you will realize that all you need is a good diet which is superior to any supplement, sleep, and a shitload of motivation. if you aren't making any gains without (or even with) supplements, then you are lacking in one or more of these departments.

    as of now, all i take are multivitamins, flaxseed oil, and whey protein. anything else is a waste of money to me.

    also remember that the more natural you are, the longer you will retain that muscle.

  5. I just started taking these Muscle Tech Myshock Pills. I like them cuz they give me a lot more energy during and after my workout. They are pre workout and I started taking them cuz most of the stuff I take is post workout supplements.
     
  6. if you are new to lifting you should not need many fancy supplements to achieve your goals.

    I would stick with a protein, creatine, and vitamin supplement.
    Anything more and you will just end up wasting your money. A solid diet is key!

  11. Just some optimum whey and creatine monohydrate ocasionally.
    I used to take 1.mr before i worked out but i think my heart exploded one day so i stopped.

    A little sauce never hurt anyone either ;)

    -Creatine Monohydrate. Optimum Nutrition Micronized

    -Pre-workout supplement - SUPER PUMP MAX only thing that doesn't make me feel like a crackhead when I lift...Things like jack3d, cellucor and hemo rage I feel like a crackhead but some people like that.
