I don't know about all that now..... As for the topic at hand, I'm surprised how little I've heard of it. I knew there was some kinda scandal going on with the IRS but almost none of the stations specifically stated what it was and I was only flipping through....... crazy shit though.

Trust me I'm not arguing that recent administrations aren't corrupt, I'm just saying some of the to the victor go the spoils era politicians, Nixon(not just watergate, taking the country off the gold standard, dea),Bush, and the like are definitely in the running so I wouldn't say it's the most corrupt all time.
The 5th Ammendment is meant to protect the citizens form government abuse of power. Lois Lerner used it to protect government abuse of power against citizens.
