no, u got it wrong. the person tht completez it does the like status, and then post da next exercize command. for example, ill start first. saii u said 10 jumpin jackz. im gonna do them.... hold up....complete. now i gotta like ur status.. Next command: 10 sit-upz

That was harder than I thought it would be. I never really do diamond pushups for some reason. 3 one-legged squats. If you need assistance, that's totally fine.
Done, had to look up what they were first, and they are not easy.... 20 box jumps. (go find a box that is suitable for you)
