It was said they had to change because the old forum software was outdated, and it was too hard to upgrade to vbulletin 5 so they used IPB. It's not the actual forum software thats annoying its the theme. I think a better theme could have been chosen but I understand it's in it's early stages. The status update is unneeded though lol
