The twice daily misting with diluted apple cider vinegar has minimized (though not eliminated) my pest problems. Really amazing how much more productive this effort is on the second time around. Another on deck is making a healthy rebound and a third and fourth follow behind with a hint of promise. Poor storage and age has frittered away my stash of seeds and traditional cloning hasn't been as achievable so these rebirths are all my eggs in the basket at this point. It is inevitable that there will be some pollination with my big boy running in a cabinet just outside this closet so there may be some seeds when harvest day falls.
Really impressive success rate with these fresh beans - 7 out of 9 up with this outdoor start to hedge my bets with the indoor efforts.
Staging updates here every ten days on this specimen gives a more dramatic representation of its progress.
83 fresh beans down to try for a sea of green to populate a new greenhouse the wife bought last year that I've been dragging ass on putting up.
