Is it wrong to care more about new things and discussing issues than what you did last week? When people talk about themselves, I pay less attention to what they say, and more on their body language and direction of focus (and the rest of the group's focus combined with their reactions). I notice when they shift their leg, if they focus more on the person next to them or a selective audience. Tonight, for instance, my old roommates and a couple of their friends came and hung out with one of my roommates and I. I applied my knowledge of the relationships of the others in the group, and saw such things as the secret signals between the 2 best friends; the only other guy in the group (which included 5 females) besides myself both had our legs open, hands over our respective crotches.. and even respond to a person's story at exactly the same time (happened twice); and much more that I realized is straying from my point and is unnecessary haha. Contrarily to when people talk about themselves, I pay attention to the information, and try to learn new things and create ideas and generally just learn something new. My time for relaxation is by myself, giving advice to people who need it and learning what I can, or playing games. A lot of games Now, don't get me wrong - I can keep a conversation going that is about someone; as long as I'm learning about whatever it is they were doing. Unless it's about other people. O_O I guess I really just don't like talking about people, and talking to people is unnecessary, except for when it's family or my best friends. This song started just when that sentence really struck home. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnyVYLAv-Gc[/ame] In a pitch black room, with headphones.. that intro just seemed to fit perfectly. Maybe I'm just finding meanings where there are none I can be more personable.. but I need coffee. A lot of it. Oddly, I try to acknowledge everyone I pass on the street. I nod and say hello, or if I'm listening to music, just not. But most people (in my experience) won't acknowledge your existence once they get within 5 feet of you. It makes me wonder how much interest people really have in connecting with others. Then I wonder what they wonder about. This is an introvert. Someone who is nervous or scared of interactions with others is not an introvert. Having different opinions than the vast majority does not make you an introvert. TL;DR: Look up introvert in the dictionary, and try to put yourself in that mindset. You may just learn something about you.
I hear what you say man and it is deep... It is so deep that the average being wouldn't be able to even scrape the surface of meanings held here.. People just dont understand or even realize that people like us exist.. People dont have a fucking clue that there are others who are much more mentally alert and observant then others.. I honestly have a hard time conversing with people sometimes because I am reading into the situation too heavily in my mind.. I just wish the vast majority of people knew we existed and knew that we are fucking insanely smart... and that we are here to basically bring peace, happiness and understanding to all.. I would love nothing more in this world then to make people realize that we are all the same species, and we all should love one another and treat eachother with compassion regardless if we know eachother or not.. This should not be an issue because the man to your left, and the woman to your right.. are all just family.. We are all brothers and sister and soon this will come into play much more significantly then one could imagine.. I have to ask, CKTony, how evolved are you on a spiritual level?
Not everybody is social.
Lol I know, i probly only talk to like half of the people at the restaurant i work at
What's your personality type?
I am INFJ. I had to find when I messaged it to my mom on FB, and found the link as well. http://typelogic.com/infj.html
People just dont understand or even realize that people like us exist.. Their biases towards others, whether intentional or subconscious, is where people tend to throw themselves into gray territory. They are smart as well, they just have learned methods of where to direct their focus. Most people remember a lot, and what they remember shows you what is important to them - because that's what people remember. An introvert is not necessarily any smarter than the average person; they just value information more than almost anything else.
I have to ask, CKTony, how evolved are you on a spiritual level?
To the point where I can occupy myself. Sorry this took so long. I'm high and want to be perfectly clear. It feels important.
