The Legal Loophole to Get Your Marijuana: For Men

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by andreisnt, Apr 14, 2010.

  1. I've just had the greatest stoned idea in which men are able to receive medical marijuana (in pro med. cannabis states, of course) for a 'real existing qualifying medical condition'. Why not explaining to your physician that you are experiencing male impotency problems and you have expressed an interest in the use of medical marijuana as an anti impotency/sexual stimulant?

Because male sexual impotence is a rather controversial subject and not heavily scrutinized in general practitioner's clinics, Doctors are more willing to diagnose you as sexually impotent, thus improving the chances of them qualifying you for a medical marijuana card! :smoke:

    Keep burning :smoking:

  2. i dont see this working at all? Marijuana doesn't raise your sperm count, and its negligible at best if it increases sex drive. But that doesn't necessarily mean they will just start right scripts left and right.

  3. haha yeah my bad, i didnt really specify on the whole impotence part. i mean sex drive, as in keepin it up? haha i kno its more of a psychological condition but in a lenient med mj state this may have some validity. and the doctor cant just deny 'the problem' either and refuse to treat the patient - even though something like lack of sexual drive is considered somewhat funny it can be devastating to those suffering from it. then again, all of this is just arised from an.... umm... 'enlightened state' :D

  4. The doctor will throw viagra at you, Marijuana wouldnt be prescribed for something like this, there's no medical data to back this up.

  5. Go see a urologist and find out why your pecker is weak. Also threads on how to scam for medical cards are not permitted here.

  6. Marijuana does raise your sperm count.

  7. Well put :p

  8. Can't they give you medical marijuana for insomnia? Then just say you want marijuana instead of any other medications because everything else is addictive.

  9. It was such a minor increase that its negligible, there is no scientific medical study that backs it up. So in no way will a doctor prescribe you marijuana for your sperm count or because you cant get it up.

  10. Usually doesn't work this way, The doctors usually try other medications first or suggest you see someone that specializes in sleep disorders. More than likely you can just walk into a doctors office and claim insomnia to get a card. Medical records that show a history of insomnia and medications being prescribed is your best bet.

  11. This ^^ I use marijuana illegally, because I live in Canada and they won't give me MMJ for it, to treat my insomnia. Well, I use it mostly for recreation, but I always make sure to have a bowl before bed, otherwise I can't sleep worth shit. I could most likely get a medical card in cali though, because I have med records showing a history of insomnia, and a number of prescription meds that didn't work for me at all.

Most doctors won't just let you walk in, state you have a condition, and write you a rec for MJ, your probably gonna need to show some kind of medical history.

  12. and I highly doubt Super High Me would be considered a valid scientific study
