  2. Awesome article! These are things that I have just learned over the past few months, wishing I knew them when I started. Everyone should take note of what this article is saying.

    Edit: I also want to add that doing Yoga, even only a few times, has helped with my muscle-mind connection. It's crazy what Yoga can do for ya!
