Obviously I am no expert. I thought Belgium just meant they were the big, fat puffy waffles. All I put on them was some nice maple syrup and some bananas. MMMM. I actually asked him about the recipe for it, but he said that it's not written down on paper, and he cannot share his secret. Hell, I don't even know it. I just munch on them. A lot.
