It's really not that sketchy, let me give you a scenario, night time in a car in a taco bell parking lot with a bong, no lights on, lets assume you at least park in a dark spot/corner. so you and 1-whatever buddies take turns packing and hitting bowls, as long as you pack and hit the bowl under the window, it cant be seen by anyone, and as long as you're not a bunch of loud idiots its not noticable, and besides that lets not forget that - NO ONE GIVES A FUCK WHO IS IN THAT RANDOM CAR NEXT TO THE OTHER 300 CARS, so, its totally fine to do.
