    It would be nice if they weren't just going to steal more money to replace the cars...or worse send the bill to people who haven't been born yet.

    yeah they are i was just looking at the new ford taurus interceptor right around $32,000 each.With all the crap they put in the car it is that expensive and a damn fine job that man did with that eight weeled tractor if I do say so myself!

    It's plausible. Lightbars, sirens, two-way radios, mobile data terminals, prisoner cages are all expensive.
