The Great Variable Of Language

Discussion in 'Philosophy' started by RollenJokers, Sep 15, 2007.

  1. Has any one ever noticed that all language are just variables for what we're thinking about, or more so what we want to communicate, and the only reason its hard to explain emotions is because words can not define them (they can but it can be difficult if you can articulate well).

  2. Ive posted this quote before, but I supppose it's still relevant

Words are but symbols for the relations of things to one another and to us; nowhere do they touch upon absolute truth.
    -Friedrich Nietzsche

  3. Wow, exactly my point, Thank you
