all the medications for psychological disorders like depression and anxiety are, are emotion suppressors, they dont allow you to feel sad. i have social anxiety disorder which is pretty much paralyzing (if im around a large group of people i wont talk much, if at all for fear of everyone stopping to listen to me and judging me on every movement and word i say. its a good time) well thats how it used to be anyway. until i decided to find out why i felt that way and found out it is an actual disorder now anytime i feel like that i just let myself know its all in my head and i get over it. i could very easily go to a doctor and get myself on medication for all kinds of shit but then i would lose control of my emotions and essentially myself, which im not ready to do. so ill take the good with the bad, and live my life with all my emotions, sad and happy.
i dont like the idea of all the anti-depressants and all the other medications almost anyone can go get because theyre feeling a little sad. its pathetic and disgusting.

Try meditation by itself or with drugs that change the experience. i read some stuff a long time ago about this "awakening" through meditation but can't quite remember... research it and post it!

 

in the future, people will still love weed. we do, our forfatheres did, and so on. but yeah, theirs gonna be some trippy shit in years to come. lsd is great and all, but just think what new shit their will be in the future. i would think it would be more chemical shit, not natural, because man has already smoked and eaten just about every plant there is.

 

I'd say it is, considering Mary Jane, alcohol, tobacco, salvia, peyote and stuff has been used for thousands of years and probably been around much much longer. I'm hoping that they'll make drugs that have less physical and psychological effects on the negative side - no huge comedowns, no addictions etc. etc.

i can think that there may be a drug out there that will strengthen all of our brain cells, and let them hold much more stuff, making it easier to memorize stuff, so you can learn very very easily, that way, even the not as gifted ppl or lazy ppl can get good grades as well as the already smart ppl.

i imagine it may get illegalized though, just like steroids.
