The "fruit"y pebbles of my labor

Hey guys and gals
So I harvested my girl and just wanted to report back what the results were. This was my first grow and twas a little bit saddening as two of my plants were stolen. I had three different strains, two of them in the ground, so huge and bushy and happy, but you can read about that here http://forum.grasscity.com/outdoor-marijuana-growing/1110041-time-year.html
If you are interested. After the two were stolen, I took my potted plant indoor in a make shift grow room I put together quickly and grabbed a 250w setup and just figured something would be better than nothing.

Well the results. A branch or two herm’d on me and the plant was just not shaped for a 250w light after branching out naturally growing outside its whole life. However it was decently far into flowering when I took it inside and surprisingly the buds filled out decently, just took them forever to “finish”. The buds look alright but it seemed they were on such a better path if it had stayed outside. Just don’t think the full potential was able to come out the final weeks being inside.

I ended up getting just shy of 5.5 oz of dried KYskunks (it was unknown bagseed so I named it). I know now that had I harvested the plants that were stolen I would have easily had over a a lb, no question about it. My trim buddy and me cut em down in the morning and did most of the big trimming and hung them in my basement with a dehumidifier and fan sucking air off of them. Kept them drying at 70 degrees and about 50-60% humidity. After a few days we did the shape up trimming and placed them on a rack for another two days.

Have had them in jars for about week, some of them a little bit longer and have been burping the jars on schedule. Just recently started to be able to smell the weed transitioning over the drying bud smell and it has a great sweet odor. The look of the bud doesn’t give the high and smell and taste credit. Even fresh it tasted a little citrusy, sweet although it was harsh and had some chlorophyll taste.

It was an indica dominant plant and was harvested right when the trichs turned and resulted in a good strong body high that isn’t overwhelming and gives a little bit of a I wanna do something rather than sit here effect. I’m pretty happy with the overall quality.

I should add that we had plenty of trim to make about two grams of hash and a super potent batch of dem fruity pebble krispy treatzzzzz. Not to mention we probably smoked a quarter of the weed before it ever made it into jars

Now that I got some indoor equipment I’m going to set up for a single plant dwc hydro scrog, or a two plant soil after I make some amendments to that room. Need to seal it up, figure out exhaust and line it was some mylar.

Oh yea and on harvest day I found out I’m going to be a father. Unplanned pregnancy with my girlfriend and she waited till I harvested my plant and was cutting it up because she knew I wouldn’t be as mad as normal scenario. Haha, kinda scared out of my mind but a little excited too. She said I can keep growing as long as it is in a locked up room in the basement so I guess it gives me incentive to get the room up and going.
