their new album sucks. if you're into TFOT i don't suggest this album at all, major dissapointment. but if you listen to it, i'd like to hear your opinions!
Overall I was a little disappointed with it. It seems like the album focused more on the vocals rather than the crazy/cool instrumentals that got me into TFOT in the first place, there were a couple cool songs but for the most part... eh.. Again, most of the songs seemed so slow and emotional, I was hoping for some more upbeat songs with face melting instrumentals. I love all of their old albums but slightly disappointed with "in the unlikely event".
I just posted in that screamo thread that fall of troy was the only band like that I listen to.... I saw them live, they were pretty bad.
doppelganger will always be their greatest album, i seem to not like their new album but i felt the same way about manipulator when that first came out then it kindof grew on me...so we'll see
