Until this morning, I think the last time I had looked through a pair of binoculars backwards was probably more than 20 years ago LOL!!!!! Works great to see when to harvest. Easy to view trichome development on bud exteriors WITHOUT TOUCHING your plants at all. I have the Radio Shack 60-100x microscopic viewer as well, but the backwards binoculars is much, much easier because you can view from like an inch away or so. There's another thread on this. Looking in binoculars backwards does make things look far away when used at a distance, but up close it actually zooms in.
