you are just having sleep issues. insomia is when you dont sleep for days at a time. yesterday I finally got sleep, but I feel this is a pattern. in the last 7 days I have gotten probably, a little less then 20 hours of sleep. Today marks the start of the next seven days, and dont seem to be doing so good.
Ok, thanks sleep issues is a better word.. now I don't usually like stimulants, so the average "sleep dis-rupture" pattern only occurs over the span of about 4 days for me.... Maybe if I had some meth I could push over a week But I'd rather not strain my body
